Programmes are delivered primarily in Kuching, Sarawak. Availability is subject to scheduling. We reserve the right to adjust session formats with reasonable notice.

4. Enrolment

Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment and a written confirmation from Saltmarrow. The following applies:

  • Enquiries submitted via our contact form do not constitute a binding enrolment until payment is received and confirmation is issued.
  • Enrolment places are limited; submission of payment does not reserve a place until confirmation is provided.
  • Participants are responsible for ensuring their own availability on the scheduled dates prior to enrolling.
  • Saltmarrow may decline an enrolment at its discretion and will refund any payment made in full if a place cannot be offered.

5. User Responsibilities

As a Participant, you agree to:

  • Attend sessions punctually and engage respectfully with facilitators and fellow participants;
  • Use Content solely for your own personal learning and household reference — not for redistribution, resale, or commercial reproduction;
  • Refrain from recording sessions (audio, video, or screen capture) without prior written consent from Saltmarrow;
  • Not misrepresent Programme materials as professional financial, legal, or investment advice to third parties;
  • Provide accurate information when enquiring or enrolling;
  • Treat all shared participant contributions within cohort settings as confidential.

Saltmarrow reserves the right to ask a Participant to withdraw from a Programme if their conduct materially disrupts the learning environment for others.

6. Intellectual Property

All Content, including workbooks, printed readers, session frameworks, templates, and the Tidewater Almanac format, is the intellectual property of Saltmarrow or its licensors.

  • Participants are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive licence to use Content for their own household reference during and after the Programme.
  • This licence does not extend to copying, adapting, distributing, or publishing Content in any form without prior written permission from Saltmarrow.
  • Public data sources cited in Content (such as DOSM or Bank Negara Malaysia publications) remain the property of their respective publishers and are referenced under applicable public-access terms.
